PLGRM is a media group born out from the desire of connecting people with great stories. The group was started by a couple of young minds, whose unique video content and approach rapidly took them from just a 'couple of guys filming festival videos' to a full production team with regular contributors from around the globe.
Thier videos had already reached my news feed multiple times so when Kristian, their founder approached me to help them develop a new website and polish their brand I didn't think twice.
WHERE DID I START?
Their brand, which despite it's popularity needed urgent attention.
PLGRM had done some brand discovery and development in their earlier days. However, all these material was scattered around in a series of Powerpoint and Word documents, making it really hard for the team to even access their own brand values and propositions.
Once I figured this out, I started to dig up and gather all that information and together with the founders we re-evaluated all the material in a couple of workshops. This, on one hand, helped me understand the brand inside out and also gave them an opportunity to refresh all this content once again.
What I finally came up with was a centralised brand document to be used by their local and remote contributors helping them understand the brand mission, vision and create visual consistency in all PLGRM brand assets.
